  • Why does our company exist? A holistic view of our company.
  • Creating value for customers, employees, shareholders and society
  • How to create value?

2. Strategic Thinking

  • “Where we are”
  • McKinsey 7S Model
  • Business model canvas
  • “What’s happening in our market?” and “What is going to happen?”
  • Revisit PESTLE
  • “What about our competitors?”: Conduct POP/POD competitive analysis
  • Identify “Opportunities and Threats”: Based on the various analysis conducted above

3. Decision Making

  • Discussion: Obstacles to making decision
  • Prioritise the opportunities using “Cost/ Benefit” analysis
  • Did we make a good decision? How to assess?
  • Things that we can control vs cannot control
