The project “Corporate Innovation Index 2023 -unlocking Innovation Potential among the SMEs” (the project), proposed and taken charge by APIB, CUHK, has been funded by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) of the Hong Kong Government under the General Support Programme (GSP). Along with The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) as our Strategic Partner, this project aims to use the measurement framework developed from last CII project continuously tracking innovations of corporates, and as an enhancement,develop another distinct but correlated measurement framework for SMEs—to ensure a fair and accurate evaluation for all businesses.. Since the kick-off ceremony in October 2023, we have achieved several milestones of the project, such as organizing forums and seminars and conducting research. The upcoming one is thrilling, unveiling the inaugural Hong Kong Corporate Innovation Index and award presentation to top-ranked companies in 2nd CII project.
