- Why does our company exist? A holistic view of our company.
- Creating value for customers, employees, shareholders and society
- How to create value?
2. Strategic Thinking
- “Where we are”
- McKinsey 7S Model
- Business model canvas
- “What’s happening in our market?” and “What is going to happen?”
- Revisit PESTLE
- “What about our competitors?”: Conduct POP/POD competitive analysis
- Identify “Opportunities and Threats”: Based on the various analysis conducted above
3. Decision Making
- Discussion: Obstacles to making decision
- Prioritise the opportunities using “Cost/ Benefit” analysis
- Did we make a good decision? How to assess?
- Things that we can control vs cannot control
