Transcript Application

APIB graduates of executive diploma or diploma programs who want to apply for a copy of transcript will have to submit the application 14 working days in advance of the expected delivery date. Please fill in the online application form and mail it to The Asia-Pacific Institute of Business (APIB), 8/F, No. 12 Chak Cheung Street, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T., together with a crossed check or money order payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong".


Transcript fee: HK$100 per copy

Collection Method

Transcripts can be delivered by post or collected in person during office hours. You are advised to make advanced appointment at (852) 3943-7424 if you would like to collect the transcript person.

If you want to authorize a representative to collect the transcript, the authorized person should bring along a letter of authorization and a photocopy of your HKID Card. Please note that the authorized person's HKID Card or passport will be required for verification.

  • - Transcript application is applicable to APIB Executive Diploma / Diploma Programs only.
  • - Graduates of 1991 or before are advised to contact APIB at (852) 3943-7424 before submitting application.
  • - Applicants can only apply for a "Student Copy" for their own use or record. All "Official Transcripts" requested will be sealed and sent by APIB directly to the institution that has requested you to supply a transcript.
  • - Transcripts collected in person or sent to the applicant will be marked "Student Copy".
  • - APIB reserves the right to withhold the issuance of an academic transcript to a student who has not settled any outstanding payments, or who has failed to discharge all obligations towards APIB.
  • - APIB accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of the transcripts during collection / delivery.
